Interested in using my images for something other than personal wallpaper?

The images in my galleries are protected by international copyright law. By visiting my public gallery you are granted a personal liscense to download and use the images as wallpaper on your personal computer and to share a few of them with your friends and family through email.

No image in any of my galleries may be used in any way other than as for personal use. You may print them out for personal use but not for distribution (commercial or non-profit). You may not post them on public or private websites (including Myspace), whether they be not-for-profit or commercial.

If you are interested in using my pictures on your (commercial or non-profit) webpage or anything else you must ask for permission. REMEMBER: An unanswered email does not mean that you have my permission.

When posting my work remember the following:

Images may be resized but I ask that you do not crop or otherwise modify them.

Under no condition will I allow any of my images to be posted without the URL watermark in the upper left corner. If you see such an image on any website I kindly ask that you drop me a line and let me know for you can be sure that it's there without my knowledge.

Purchase High Resolution Pics

Yes, all pictures are available in high resolution. Most of the pics are 10 Megapixel (some are only 5MP).

If you need to use my pictures for print or mass distribution, please send me an email with your requirements and your timeline. Give me some days to respond though, because I get a lot of such requests.

If you wish to purchase some high resolution pictures, you may make a payment to me via PayPal. I will burn a CD or DVD and send it to you. The amount being dependant upon distribution. Small regional distribution costs less (about 5$ per CD) than large international distribution (about 100$ per DVD). For detailed prices ask me.

There can be no exceptions to the above stated rules.
